My ex and I are doing real good and it means alot to me

My ex and I are doing better than we've been doing and I like it. Its still some things that annoy me. For instance, when we're on the phone, she has to have me on speaker. The tv sometimes is louder than she is, but she will not take me off of speaker for nothing. I know its petty, but its the little things sometimes that get you rowd up. I don't understand why she does it.
I don't know if its intentional or what. I love this woman and I hope she loves me too. I know I won't be hearing that no time soon. besides this situation, its good with us. I just want to know what can I do on my part to make it happen between us. I don't want to jeopardize anything though. How should I act on this?

I would feel exactly like you.
It would bug me not to be able to hear her clearly and also have the feeling that I have to shout to be heard.
The only thing that comes to mind is to compromise... she has turn to off the TV while you are talking. Also sometimes she has to talk with you off the speaker phone so you feel happy.
