I like this girl who is deaf and I only see her on the bus

I am a male, I like this girl who is deaf and I only see her on the bus and a few times walking down the hall because she is in a lower grade. Being she is deaf, I find it hard to flirt. She can read lips and hear her name if you call it out in a high pitched shout but the only flirting I can do is by touch. We've caught eyes quite a few times ( basically every time we get on the bus) but its still to hard to determine if she is interested. I felt nervous when I asked her name because she is hard to understand when she talks but eventually I learned it.
Is there any tips or advice for me?

You will have to be aggressive to make any progress with her.

She probably feels very left out because of her disability.

The thing to do is to give her hugs whenever you can... do it gently because she will not understand fully why you are doing it. Give her a big smile when you give her the hug so she knows you like her.

Write her notes telling her that you like her and that you hope she could like you. She will probably respond favorably.

You will probably find a good friend or a girlfriend from her.
