ok i booked this gurl , and um in love with her , but when im on the phone with her i ask how is her day and tell me about it and everything but after all of that i dont know what to say , please help tell me what to say ,tell me how to make conversation.and how do i tell her i want to be with her in a cool way

You've got the right start by asking her how her day was and how she is feelling. These are very important.
It is also important for you to tell her how your day was and how you are feeling. Ask her how her parents are doing, her siblings, her pets. If she is involved in any special activities ask her about them.
And you too should share how your family is doing. This will teach you to care about your close relatives which is an important thing to learn if you haven't already.
Talk about friends and what they said and did. Talk about your feelings for each other and how important you are to each other. If you are lucky, she will be a "talker" and you won't be left without any conversation, but it doesn't sound like that's the way it is.
Talk about the future, even vacations, visits from other people, upcoming dances or events you might want to attend together.
The coolest way to tell her you want to be with her is to simply say it out straight. Be sincere and honest about it. That's cool.
