hi. i like this girl alot. we went out ..once. like couple of weeks ago. but then.. i asked her out again last week, as a friend.. the reason is to get closer to her and all. but she said she's busy. so now, i'm kind of scared to ask her out again coz maybe it sounds too desperate to ask her out so many times. and at the same time,i want to tell her how i feel. but my friend says that its too soon to tell her because i only start talking to her like 3 weeks+ ago. i dont want to put us in an awkward position by doing stoopid mistakes. what should i do? please help me...thanx.

You have to try at least one more time.
This time tell her first that you are "starting to develop feelings" for her. This will give her a chance to let her tell you how she feels. Even if she says she just feels friendship for you, you can still ask her out as a friend.
It's better to ask than never know.
