Do girls give guys second chances? like if a girl knows that you like her and she rejects you, but she keeps showing you interest as if she likes you ( her friends says that she has interest in you)and even though she might say no, do you think it's possible that really she saying yes but doesn't want to admit it because she still in love with her ex boyfriend even though he cheated on her?

Usually when people say "no" they mean "no."
However people do change their minds and if reapproached could say "yes" the second time.
My advice to you is to become closer friends with this girl so that you can talk with her comfortably. Then as time passes, you could ask her again.
If, for some reason, you can't get close to her to become friends then you have nothing to lose by just asking her again.
