hey im 13 and my girlfriend and i have been going out for about 2 months now.. i havent had my first kiss yet and i know that 2 months is still pretty short to kiss someone but i know that she really likes me and i really like her.. she made me hold her hand during a movie once.. so i know that she is a little intimidate.. im not sure to approach the kiss though.. i dont just want to kiss her.. but i don't want to ask her if i can either.. please help

It's time for kissing!

One way to do this is wait until you are alone and then say to her "I am going to kiss you." Then do it. This will not catch her by surprise since you have just told her. And if she is not ready for kissing, she has time to say no.

Don't be so shy, she probably wants to kiss you even more than you want to kiss her.
