There's this girl that used to come into my shop and I fancied the arse off her

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
There's this girl that used to come into my shop and I fancied the arse off her but never really spoke to her since she had a boyfriend at the time. Now she's started working at this bar and club combo which I frequent and it's the first time I've seen her in ages and it appears that she's now single. She was hanging around with some other staff in the club and she kept looking at me but I figured she was just looking at someone near me. After seeing her a few more times I'm now very confident that she likes me since she always looks at me. Problem is that there's another guy in the picture now, a member of staff there but even when she's with him she's looking at me all the time. Every time I see her there now she's with him but there's never been any kissing or anything and I'm very sure they aren't going out yet but I do think they're seeing each other. I want to talk to her but she's always with this guy and I'm not really sure how I can butt into it and snatch her. She really doesn't seem that into this guy but I get the impression she's the type of girl that always needs a boyfriend and will go out with him unless something else comes along. I saw them together the other day walking out of the pub to the kebab shop. As soon as she saw me she started looking and the guy saw her looking at me as well and tried to hold her hand but she wouldn't let him. Now I rarely see her there and I think he's keeping her out cos he knows she likes me and I like her. What should I do next time I see her, I need a way in and I've gotta get this guy out the way. Or should I just express an interest and leave it up to her?

One thing I'm doing is going as often as possible to try and find her behind the bar when it's quiet and this guy's not there but I've had no such luck thus far. And I'm not worried about when I actually start talking to her, I'm fine with women, but I just lost another girl I was really find of because I didn't move fast enough and I don't want it to happen again.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Best I can come up with is this:

Next time you see her at the bar with the other fellow, walk up, say hi and give her a note that says "Why not stop by my shop and see me sometime... or why don't you come over and chat with me now."

You will have written this note up in advance of course and have it in your pocket. Or if you want to make it more dramatic, have a pen and paper with you in the bar and write the note while looking back and forth over at her so she suspects the note is for her.

Whatever it is do something! Faint heart never won fair lady!

Good luck,
George
