My girlfriend has done sexual acts in the past.
i dont seem to be able to get over it.
although many were over 2 years ago, i find it hard to picture her and her ex together and it hurts wen i do.
i also find myself imagining her doing these acts with her ex.
each time it makes me feel jealous and it hurts me.
i find myself sometimes bitter and resentful about this.
we haf done stuff together, but her past still haunts me.
how do i get over it??

The answer is real simple: Get Over It!

Everyone has done things in the past. What is supposed to happen to every couple in the world-- they are supposed to get jealous? I think not.

You have to do everything you can to get rid of that nasty jealousy habit. Attack the jealous thoughts whenever they raise their ugly head. Tell them that you girlfriend loves you and what is in the past remains in the past. Say this to the feelings 100 or more times if necessary. Nobody said this would be easy. But eventually the jealousy will pack up its bags and move on to some other poor soul. Be strong and fight!
