I get uncomfortable around him, and pull away, I don't want him to like me

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I've been good friends with this guy for a couple of years now, and we hang out alot at school. In the past I have had a crush on him before on and off, but whenever he seems to recipricate his feelings I get uncomfortable around him, and pull away, I don't want him to like me. I don't understand! Is it just the hormones? Do I really like him, or is it just a faze? What do I do if he likes me and I don't want him to like me? I'm so confused.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Sounds to me that you are too shy and scared to handle his attention.

Why not let the feelings grow and go out on a date. This is better than sitting around with nothing to do.

It will also make you more attractive to other guys who see that you are going out with somebody.

Hope this works out!
George
