First question that comes to mind is how do your parents feel about this man now?

If they still won't let you marry him then why do you want him back? You two seem to suit each other well except for fighting too much. But, if you were together you would probably not fight so much

To get him back, have long honest trusting conversations with him and try to figure out what you want for a relationship. Discuss your parents and whether they are still a problem for you two.

You two are going to have to spend a lot of time discussing your problems and try to work out a compromise where you both feel good.

I wish you the best!
