Sad but true

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I have been dating my boyfriend for 3 years so far. His ex whom he was dating for two years has always been resentful of me. About 2 months ago she saw him at one of his friends parties and slipped a drug into his drink. She drugged him into having sex with her, she filmed it and sent it to me. He didnt remember anything being drugged and I didn't know he was drugged. She sent it over to me, I watched it and after I saw it I was hysterically crying. When my bf got home I lashed out on him. We got into a heated argument him saying he didnt remember anything, even after he saw the tape he still wouldnt admit what happened then, I grabbed a knife and cut his arm. After I realized what I did I broke down. It was only 2 weeks after that, he went to the doctor to take a blood test and they found traces of the drug in his blood proving he was drugged. I felt so bad about what I did, now he doesn't want anything to do with me now, and it's killing me inside. I never meant to hurt him. Now everytime I see him which is rare, he calls me a crazy bitch and he's goin to court with his Ex now.

RomanceClass.com Advice
You were provoked, but cutting your boyfriend with a knife puts you beyond the bounds of reasonableness.

Your boyfriend has very good cause to break off with you and you are just going to have to deal with it.

Meanwhile, get some counseling for yourself so you don't more violent as your life goes on.

Good luck!
