How to get a guy to like me

There is this guy who is in a couple of my classes, I really like him but we don't really talk that much. Sometimes I catch him looking at me, but I don't think he would ever like me. What can I do to get him to like me?

If you can choose where you sit in class, sit next to him and chat with him before and after class.

Whenever you see him in the hall always smile and say "Hi ----" and after doing that for a while ask him how he is doing as you pass. He will say fine thanks.

Write him a note and tell him you like him and would like to get to know him better. Find a time when you can hang out together.

You will have to take charge of this since you are the one who is interested right now. Don't be shy. Think how sad it is all the romances that have been missed because one or both of the couple is too shy to say hello.
