HELP! I'm retarded

Hi, I have been talking to this girl for more than 2 months now, we have gone out at least once every week and we talk every night for 3 or more hours, needless to say my phone bill was $300. On our first date I took her a flower and she has kept it in her room since January. We also remember almost anything we say to each other. I have not kissed her or held her hand, yeah I know I'm dumb. I sometimes think she does like me but sometimes I don't HELP! I'm retarded!

First off your phone bill is way too high. Try USA Datanet where you are charged $1.99 for however long you talk. 1-877-532-8263.

You should talk to her about holding hands, kissing, etc. If this sounds too challenging then just hold her hand and kiss her. Obviously she likes you or she wouldn't be spending so much of her time with you.

Get used to talking with her about all of your feelings. Especially important ones like your relationship.
