He Says I'm Beautiful, does he Like Me?

I met this boy at the mall and he was friends with one of my friends from school. He got my number and he's been calling me ever since. But the thing is I am starting to like him but I dont know how to tell if he feels the same way. I dont believe him when he tells me I am beautiful or anything else he tells me. Maybe because I am insecure. How can I tell if he's lying and does he like me?

Boys don't keep calling girls and telling them they're beautiful unless they like them. They have lots of other things they could be doing with their time! A relationship *has* to start with trust. So if you keep disbelieving everything he says, you're going to run into all sorts of trouble. Never mind the problem of you liking someone you don't trust!
So take a deep breath. If you like him, you have to *trust* and rely and believe in him and in what you two can have together. Otherwise it will never work. If he says you're beautiful, believe that he feels that way. It can actually get annoying if every time he tells you something nice, you argue with him about it. You're giving him negative reinforcement! So blush, say thank you, and start accepting the way he feels about you and the way you feel about him.
