Shoud I ask her out and how

I am 15 and there is this girl at school that i really, really like and everyone knows it, as i just turn completely to jelly whenever i see her. we are always locking eyes across rooms, and her friends look at me alot aswell. And the other day she sat staring at me twirling strands of her hair round her finger. what i want to know is, does she like me? should i ask her out? and how can i do it really romantically, sweeping her of her feet?

Yes, she does like you and you should ask her out. It is hard to suggest a way to sweep her off her feet. The traditional way is to get her flowers and candy. Can you do that?

Ask her out on a nice date and treat her very well, that is romantic too.
