i just recently told my best frends brother(who ive liked forever) that i like him a lot. He says he just likes me as a friend. but his mom, his sister, and one of his friends all said they think he likes me but he just doesnt want to admit it. he invited me over for a movie a few days after i told him but we wasnt alone his mom was there...and i sat next to her and he didnt really talk to me.

Yes, you should give him another chance. Invite him to do something with you like go to a movie etc. He probably is just shy and you need to help him express his feelings.
Don't take it for granted, however, because he might just like you as a friend.
Only time will tell.
