She said yes to the prom but gives him no time for talking

Here's my issue..A girl moved to my town and I was blown away by her. So, right off I asked her to an upcoming prom and she accepted. But I think I want more than just a prom date. Here's the trouble though, even though I asked her to the prom and she accepted, I hardly have time to see her and I see other guys hanging around her all the time. I guess this makes me feel a little bit jealous, because I have to work around all these other guys just to have a conversation with my prom date..What should I do about this?

Ask her to once in a while walk away from the other guys and come over to you privately so you can talk. Or, call her on the phone and have some nice long chats. Do something!
