Big kiss then nothing

Hi

Im really confused right now. I really like this girl at work. I have grown fondly for her for awhile now. On New Years i was with her all night and at the right moment i got the big long kiss i was dreaming about. It ended OK. And for the next few days at work she acted like nothing has happened. I tried my best to talk to her about it and whether the kiss meant anything but she doesnt want to talk about it.

Help what can i do to resolve this problem, i still like her and i know she likes me

Continue to be her friend and given some time I am sure she will begin to act normal with you again. Do not bring up the kiss as she clearly doesn't want to talk about it. After a month or so ask her out for a date.
