Well see i asked this girl out that i thought i liked. She said that she would rather just be friends, but she kept on flirting, which made me like her more. So about two weeks later i give her a rose and ask her out again. She then tells me no again, but this time she says she doesn't know me. So then i start the process of forgetting. It's been about a month and a half and i just now realized that i'm in deeper than ever!! She keeps on saying hi when i see her but i just wave back. I really like her but i have no idea what to do?

Her answer in both cases was that she did not know you well enough to date you as a girlfriend. It seems to me she wants to get to know you better first. So if you still care enough to try, ask her if she will have coffee or a drink with you just as a friend. If you become close enough of a friend, then you can ask her out on a real date.
