Do I still have a chance

Let's see....There is this girl that I have had my eye on for some time now..I told one of her friends how I feel about her, so I'm pretty sure she knows that I like her..We talk on the internet occassionally (usually just small talk). The thing is I saw her the other day..I wanted to talk to her and I think she did to because she turned and looked at me as if she wanted to talk BUT I FROZE and talked to someone else...I'm really dissapointed in myself for not saying anything..So my question is...Did I blow it??..Do I still have a chance??......thanks.
