Next door neighbor

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
I'm a single guy and I'm attracted to my next door neighbor. She moved into the apartment building several months ago and I thought she had a boyfriend, but lately I've noticed her with a couple different guys and I'm pretty sure they stayed overnight. That tells me that these guys are not just her buddies and maybe she's dating around. I've chatted with her on the elevator a few times and and said hello in passing, but I'm wondering what I could do to get her interested in me. I'm really nervous about saying or doing something too forward for fear that it would scare her away or make her think I'm a stalker. Is it unreasonable to date a next door neighbor or should I just forget it? Is this some taboo thing that a woman would never go for? Normally, I'd I'd just forget it, but I really am attracted to her.

Ask over for dinner some night... pizza is fine if you don't cook. Just hang out, watch a video or whatever. If she says yes see what develops. If she says no, you will know her feelings about dating next door neighbors.
