Boyfriend in the way

Ok, I'm in the 9th grade and there is this girl who's in 11th grade who thinks I'm attractive. There's one problem, the has a boyfriend. All her friends know I like her and all her friends won't say if she likes me but it's kind of obvoiious. I talk to her a lot, she goes out of her way to wave at me in the hall but she shows no sign of breaking up with her boyfriend that none of her friends like? What should I do?

If she shows no signs of breaking up with her boyfriend, you should put her behavior in context. That means that she finds you attractive and waves at you but all it is is flirting and nothing more. If you are that attractive, just wait a bit and someone without a boyfriend will start flirting with you.
