Will sex ruin our relationship?

ay what up my ?? is my girlfriend says she wants to have sex and i want to but she says that all her friends say that sex well ruined the relationships that when thay had sex it ruined there relationship and she said that she don't want to ruined ours cus she really loves me but she don't want to loose me so is it true dos sex ruined the relationship or dos it better it pleaze help

Either thing can happen. A lot of it depends on how long you have known the girl and how close your relationship is. If you have been going out for a year and are deeply in love, sex is less likely to ruin the relationship. On the other hand, if you have been going out for a month and you don't really know each other that well, sex could easily ruin the relationship.

Sex is worth waiting for so that both partners feel completely comfortable with each other. If your girlfriend has doubts, I would advise waiting.
