I don't know how to approach him

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
okay my cousin has a friend who hangs arond all the time and we have never spoken. this question occurs to me because when we see each other he will get quite, he stares all the time, the only time he made direct contact was the other day when me and my sister was walking the dog and him, my cousin, and a few other of their friends were walking with them and he said there's yo cousin. then he turned around smiled really big well enough for me to notice. the reason i ask this question is because i like him to and i don't know how to approach him.(please help)

The best way is to tell your friends that you like him. Then he will hear it from them and get used to the idea. If that doesn't sound good to you the how about slipping him a note telling him you have feelings for him. Finally, you could take the bull by the horns and just tell him.
