Ask a smoker out?

Hello..

Yeah, I've got a group of lady friends aty school who I like, but they all smoke.. well, this one girl I've gotten to know real well, who smokes also, and I want to ask her out.. Is it wise to date a girl who's a smoker? I've tried to ask other people about it, they all say yes, some say no.. so, wanna know what you think. I've even told them that I won't date a smoker, yet i seem abit attracted to this girl, and i like her.. Help.. what should i do?

If you want to invite her out, do so and see what it is like to data a smoker. You may find it objectionable and need to stop, or you might find it doesn't bother you. It would help if your partner would respect your feelings and not smoke indoors in your presence. After all most places are non-smoking anyway. You two could step outside and let her smoke where the smoke will be least offensive.

The only way to know is to try it.
