I LIKE THIS GIRL BUT SHE LIKES MY BEST FRIEND.I THINK SHE MIGHT LIKE ME TOO. LIKE WHEN I MAKE A JOKE IN CLASS SHE'L LAUGH AND SHE WILL LOOK AT IN A WARM WAY. I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT HER.

It's very common for a girl to like two guys that are friends. After all, if they're friends, they have lots of things in common, so the traits that she likes in one guy, the other guy probably has too.
If you like her, get to know her better. Be friends with her, hang out with her. But be sure you know how your friend feels about her. If your friend really likes her a lot too, it's better to get that all sorted out now. Otherwise it can really destroy your friendship, if you both actively persue her at once.
