Alright, theres this girl who lives down the street from me, and at the beginning of summer we were pretty intimate, kissing and stuff but it didnt last long at all. I still really care about her and everything but I value her friendship so I don't wanna ruin that by trying to take it to the next level again. She also just got a new boyfriend. Its kinda makin me mad because its like she shoves it in my face, and for no reason at all, shell just bring him up all of the sudden. Is she just trying to show that she doesn't need me or am I just jealous and noticing something thats normal.
I really still like her but I can't have her now that she has a boyfriend and it seems like she still likes me too. She got this boyfriend while I was on vacation for two weeks.

It is VERY normal for a girl to talk about her boyfriend! She is with him because she really likes him, so of course she'll talk about him a lot. It would be really odd if she did NOT mention him at all.
I would stay friends with her, but keep your eyes open for any other girls who are single and available.
