She Doesn't Want to Lose the Friendship

There is this one girl that just broke up with her bf. We talked before and she said if I didnt go out with him, you would be the one I'd be with. But then after she broke up I asked her about it and she said we became way too close for anything to happen between us and it would be weird for us to go out after being such close friends. She also said that attration she had towards be has went away.

I really want to have this girl, is there any way I can change my image to her?
