Theres this girl and we both really like eachother, like we talk on the phone almost every night, and her friend said she wants to get back together (we've gone out 3 times before) So im gonna ask her out except im a little unsure if i should because the first time we went out she was really nervous and we broke up because of that. The second time we broke up just because she didnt really want to be with me anymore, for what reason, i dont know. The third time we broke up because she liked this other guy also. She liked me way more but still i didnt feel like it was a natural feeling and when i talked to her it was like i was still asking myself, "does she still love me?" And she got nervous because she knew that i knew she liked this other guy also so yeah we broke up because it wasnt working out. And now i dont know if i should go back out with her again, like i really like her but im afraid it will just turn up like all the other times.

This girl seem to not only be very insecure, but also very immature as to how she handles her feelings. I would say, based on her history that not much has changed and that to getting together again would only lead to the same result, your heartbreak. You would be better to remain friends with her, but to move on.
