why do girls want to escape love...?

why is it that mostly, it is the boy who starts liking the girl and proposes her, but the girls say no,again and again and again... but whenever it comes to avoiding someone it is mostly girls who avoid the boys? why do girls want to escape love...? Are the boy so cheap don't they have any self-esteem?

There are just as many men that are hard to get as there are women. Girls, for the most part, are socialized to want relationship success, whereas guys are socialized to go after work-related success. So with that in mind, there's even more of a drive for women to go after men. Now, one reason that girls would avoid guys is that they think the guys are only after sex, and they very rightly avoid the guys who act this way. You may be running into that.

The solution is to gather girls as friends and then see if it carries more into a stronger relationship. They'd be much more likely to say yes and not run away.
