RomanceClass.com Advice
It means that she's enjoying the phone conversations, but she's unsure about seeing you in person because she doesn't know what to expect from you. Next time, say, "hey, there's a good movie showing, would you like to go with me?" Set specifics of where you would meet and when the date would end. This way she can give you a clear yes or no. If you suggest somewhere public and open, then she'll be more likely to go with it. She may be afraid that you'll want to smooch her up the first night.

In any case, keep calling her and keep getting closer to her on the phone, and she will eventually agree and you'll be all set.

Good luck!
