where is the best place to go to meet new girls?

where is the best place to go? to meet new girls? im only 16 so clubs and all that dont work.. also, whats a good line, or something to do, to start a conversation with a girl?

It's summertime, so go to the beach! There are lots of girls just waiting to be found in their bikinis. If you're not near a beach, there's always the mall, the movies, the local ice cream shops... anywhere where you think that girls would hang out waiting for guys to show up. If you don't know where they would, ask a girl you know where she goes to hang out. Then go there. For that matter, you could ask her to introduce you to new people. There's a lot of places that you can get to so you can find your new romance.
