she trusted me enough to come clean and i threw it back in her face

My girlfriend told me something really personal seeing that she isn't the type to open up. But in telling me this she had lied to me because she told one thing and when she opened up to me the two did not make sense. I reacted in teling her that she lied to me and hurt me, she reacted by leaving me. She said i hurt her so bad that she just couldn't go on. I know she still loves me with all her heart but i broke it. i understand why she wasn't telling the truth and she trusted me enough to come clean and i through it back in her face by saying she lied to me. How can i get through to her and make her understand that i am sorry and i need her and i want to fix this?

All you can do at this point is to repeat to her again and again how much you care for her and that you think getting back together will just make you stronger as a couple. That you admire her for coming clean, that you knew it took a lot for her to do that, and that you think that honesty will make the two of you a better couple.
