i met this guy at the beach 2 weeks ago, and we flirted alot, he was really nice, he is in this club that i am in and i happened to get his number that was on this piece of paper. should i call him, i really like him? thank you.

It all depends on how exactly you got his number. Did he give it to you? If so, then by all means you should call him. If you got it by paying the deskboy $5 to slip you the phone number, then there's a problem.

Since you are in the club with him, can you spend more time getting to know him in person? Might be better than the phone. In any case, take the initiative and go after him.
