my secret crush from when i was 5 and i met up again now that im 13 he asked me out i said yes then he told me we had to brake up because of his uncle then we secretly got back together and then we broke up again for the same reason now he is saying he wants to marry me but have no kids doess he really love me or is this all a lie.

If you have to sneak around in a relationship, then it's not much of a relationship. No, I don't think he wants to marry you, I think that he's young and feeling that in love crazy feeling too. The only way to find out for sure is to continue seeing each other and see how long it lasts.
I think you need to confront him on why all the sneaking around. If he truly loves you then he should be up front and honest with everyone in his life that this is what he wants. If they are good people, they will support your relationship. If not, then you have a decision to make whether you want to be part of something slightly slimy like this.
