I'm 14 and I have known this girl since we were in kindergarden, anyways she kinda became one of the populars and went out wit this kind of big jock at my school. They broke up and now i want to go out with her and I don't think that I am that kind of guy she would go out with. So how could I talk to her or even just ask her out, we are kind of friends we have 3 or 4 classes together and talk all the time but I dont want to get rejected or anything like that so please help me ASAP!!!!!

Sounds like you have a great start here, that you have her in a bunch of classes and you have a natural way of breaking the ice. You can ask her to do a study session wtih you, you can ask her to go see a movie with you, you can ask her out as friends and then see where it leads.
