Well heres the problem he meet this girl

I have a really good friend since high school and we had and have so much fun when we are around each other, we used to date but it was more friend dating than a relationship but i love him verry much sometimes i wonder how he ever felt about me. Well heres the problem he meet this girl and now his engage with her and i feel jelousy and sad because he didnt choose me but what can i do to get him out of my mind and still be his best friend.Should i tell him how i feel or it ruin our friendship but sometimes i think he has feelings for me and his girl in the begining was jelous of me because we are too close of friends. Please i need a good advice thank you.

I think it's too late to look for a relationship with your friend. You'll have to settle for best friend. You don't want to be the one to break up the engagement since he would never forgive you and that would be a horrible start to a relationship. You need to let them enjoy their happiness and wish them the best, and find someone for yourself that will give you that sense of joy that they are experiencing.
