if a boy comes and sits very close to you and stares at you like in your face puts his arm around you and tells you that your hot and smiles at you does it mean he likes you? When he flirts with this other girl in the same class and ignores you.

Ummm, this guy is staring at you and touching you and talking to you - do you really think he hates you? :) :) Look at all the girls in your class. Does this guy do this with every single girl? Obviously he chooses to spend time with you for a reason. Sure he flirts with other girls, too. Most flirtatious people are not single-minded. So the question is, are you flirting back, and encouraging him? Or are you just ignoring him? It's time for you to get this moving along to a "talking" stage, instead of assuming he spends this attention on every single girl he comes across ...
