Even before we got married and still to this day we have fussed

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I have know my husband for seven years, because I was with someone else who lived in the same place. In August of 03' we finally got together and at the time was so deeply in love.In October he moved to VA with me, and we got married on Valentines Day.Even before we got married and still to this day we have fussed, and at times on the verge of leaving on another. I guess my question to you is did we rush?(keep in mind that I'm Bi-Polar and he gets very depressed).Bad Combo huh?????

It sounds to me like you two have a challenging relationship, but not one that's doomed. So long as you are both in counselling and/or on medication, there's no reason why you can't lead happy, productive lives. And that you both face similar situations means that you're perfect to understand what the other is going through.

Any couple has difficulties and times when they question whether to stay together or not. As time goes on, though, the bonding between you two will overcome the rough times and you'll be stronger for it.
