Does He Like Me?

Okay, I like this guy and I don't know if he likes me. He says he likes some other girl but everyone is telling me that he does like me. My friend went up to him (I didnt know she was going to talk to him )and started a conversation with him. and she asked him if he liked me and he didn't answer. I hang out with him all the time so we are really good friends. He even lives in my neighborhood. Its just coming to the extent where I cant stop thinking about him.

It's a great sign that he wouldn't randomly tell another person his private feelings about you! If he did NOT like you, he probably wouldn't have minded saying so. Never go sending people to find out a person's feelings! You could easily scare someone into not showing their feelings for you, out of embarassment.
Instead, work on your friendship with him. I have a TON of advice and even an ebook on this topic on the site. The closer you get, the easier it is to go to movies and dinners with him without it being 'strange' - and soon you are dating!
