My Mother Lied to my Girlfriend's Mom

My girlfriend and her mom invited me up to a resort for a week, my girlfriends mom called my mom and talk with my mom and things went wrong. My mom lied to my girlfriend's mom and now I can go. I really want to go. Why is this happening?

I'm confused - did you mean that now you can NOT go? Why would your mom lie? Honesty has got to be one of the most important things in any relationship. Sit down and talk to your mom about why she lied, and then talk to your girlfriend's mom. This needs to get straightened out, regardless of any other issue.
