There is this guy that I have liked for a while. I have been trying to flirt with him to make him favor me. I think that he is giving me signs back. How do you know if he likes you or not?

If he's flirting with you, it's pretty clear he likes you. But you're asking if he's serious about you :) Only he knows that! Why not ask him out to dinner or a movie or something else he enjoys?
As a side note, you can't MAKE someone favor you. You can show them that you're interested, and that you can be fun, but the decision is always up to him. What does he enjoy? Do you really enjoy to do those things too? Then you can be great friends, which is always the basis for a great relationship!
