Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Years ago I came up with some standards for guys. They are really complex and in my world, unheard of. Online, I met a man who fit so many of the qualities that I am looking for. He's really "the absolute dream man" and it's great when we talk to each other. He says he feels strongly for me and he was the first of the both of us to say it. My paranoia is setting in though. There are times when he doesn't call or answer my phone calls and my mind turns to the worst possiblites. When I do get to talk to him he has a logically reason why he didn't call or answer. My feelings are that he is to good to be true and so he's too good for me. How can I get rid of this feeling? I'm afraid to push him away because of that. Could I push him away because of that? How can I be absolutly sure that he cares for me the way he says he does?
