Sometimes I Push Things Too Far

okay, me and my girl friend have a pretty good relationship and i like to joke around alot but sometimes i think i go too far where she gets mad at me.

What should i do to still have fun with the relationship without causing any problems?

It's definitely good to have laughter in your relationship - but you also always have to have respect. If you guys laugh TOGETHER, that's great. But if you are laughing AT her, making fun of her, you are entertaining yourself by putting her down. That's never a good thing. As a couple, you're supposed to be supporting each other, encouraging each other, being even better together than you were alone. If you instead use your dating time to pick on her and make fun of her, it's no wonder she's upset.

So sure, have fun and laugh! There are tons of comedy movies out there to watch, tons of comedy TV shows to entertain you for weeks and weeks. But as far as laughing at HER, I would really keep that out of the plan. If you make it a habit, you might not have a Her to laugh at any more.
