Hey i have a question.. you see my bf is talking to this girl who he says is a "BEST FRIEND" and i think hes lying but sometimes i dont know you see when ever i wanna talk to him and call him hes always on the phone with her or hes doing something else.And when i told him i feel like im the friend and shes the girlfriend.. he was like no shes just my good friend but he dont talk to me or spend time with me like we use to
we've been dating for 3 years and im scared hes gonna hurt me again hes cheated on me before and i still forgave him and i feel bad so now we are just taking a break from dating. Does this mean hes cheating or just wanting to be with someone else
i'm scared and dont know what to do and how to make him or me happy.

Well first off you guys are taking a break, meaning he can do whatever he wants and it's not cheating. That's the whole point of taking a break - that you are no longer dating. I really wonder WHY you are taking a break if you care about him? Why are you giving him the opportunity to date other people?
