She Won't Let Me See My Kids

Me and my 2 kids mother broke up over seven years ago. I have to admit i was much the factor, drinking, drugging physical and verbal abuse. I should also mention many of these reasons was because she was a big flirt and caught her cheating many times.She ultimately left me for another man who she now has one child and another on the way.

To date she brained wash my kids to the point that they actually hate me even though give them what they want, including trips, clothing, gifts, not to mention the $800.00 a month child support. No phone calls, no thank yous,no nothing.I don't even have their home phone. I beg the mother for years to let's have a understanding just for the kids sake, but she won't budge. It seems that she don't want me to be their father!

There are often bad feelings in a breakup. However if you're the father you have a legal right to see them. Instead of arguing with her, get a lawyer. Get your rights handled the legal way. That way you can ensure you have fair access to your children.
