How Do I Flirt?

I like this guy but I don't think he really knows I exist. I mean, I've never really thought of him as dating material until recently, when my best friend's boyfriend was wondering if thats who I liked b/c I was talking to my best about the guy I liked, he was just guessing.

I told him no, but ever since I've been thinking about it. I completely gave up on the guy I DID like and now like him. In case your wondering, this guy is my best friends boyfriend's best friend. Anyway, I was wondering how I could get to know him better without him thinking I'm weird because I'm all of the sudden paying attention to him.
