I Like Him, Now What

I have liked this guy for 3 years and I just recently told him that i like him.. and he says he's not avoiding me but it seems like he is... he has had a lot going on. I'm just nervous. I mean i really like him a lot and i wanna be with him.

It's usually not a good idea to assault a guy and say "Hah! I like you! What are you going to do now!" It's a very confusing way to approach a relationship.
