How do I Ask Her Out?

I have a huge crush on a girl at my school, she's really cool and I'm just kinda normal (not cool, not nerd) plus I'm a bit shy. I dont really think she likes me but I just can't stop thinking about her. we're not even friends.

How can i ask her out?? Is there any hope for me?
