Should I Kiss Her?

I am trying to figure out if my girlfriend wants me to kiss her or not. She has been my girlfriend for a few months now, and We will hug for half an hour sometimes. I will look down at her. She is rather shorter than I, and so sometimes she looks up at me with her eyes, but she doesn't tilt her head up. I have been kissing her on the forehead, or on the cheek. She doesn't really seem adverse to those. It seems like the right time for a nice normal kiss, but then again it seems weird to have to bring her chin up or something?

If you're kissing her on the cheek she doesn't have to move her head at all. So just make your kisses cheek kisses for a few times in a row and then kiss her lips instead. I don't imagine she will complain!
